Description: We are currently recruiting on behalf of our prestigious Oil and Gas Client who have a requirement for a Senior Cost Engineer to work on long term projects in their offices in Aberdeen Candidate must possess the following skills / experience:- • Previous Cost / Estimating experience • Previous Brownfield offshore experience • Oil and Gas experience • Previous UK experience. • Be educated to a HNC level or equivalent experience • Strong commercial focus skills • Good verbal and written communication skills You will be responsible for the organisation of:- • Cost control services including those of project estimating • Risk analysis • Budget control • Cost control. • Preparation of estimates from Conceptual through order of magnitude to Detailed Design & Implementation for identified projects within the contract. • Input into the Company’s risk Analysis processes including Lichtenberg, Crystal Ball and other Client specific packages.
