Description: Physical Location: Al-Jubail Department: Construction Min. Education: HNC/HND Job Description: Responsibilities: 1) Supervise the day-to-day administration of the DCS Control System Commissioning on site. 2) Ensure work of contractors is carried out safely and efficiently in a competent manner and that they adhere to the Permit to Work System. 3) Organise and direct the site engineers and inspectors controlling the works. 4) Resolve contractor raised queries in conjunction with technical support group. 5) Witnessing of any testing as required in the codes and standards. 6) Ensuring correct compilation of certification by the contractor as agreed with the Completion´s Leader. 7) Compilation of punchlists in conjunction with the contractor and client. 8) Overseeing of contractor Commissioning, calibration and testing all instrument equipment as per drawings and schedule. 9) Assist in the resolution of interface problems with other contractors. 10) Ensure safety and security of all commissioning activities and workers under his control. 12) Ensure work is completed as per specification and drawings, and that the requirements of engineering queries are incorporated. Experience in Re-Instrumentation and Hot Loop Changeover techniques with Industry DCS Systems, e.g. Honeywell TDC 3000, in a Petrochemical Refinery Complex revamp situation and Installation and Testing of such in a Green Field environment is required Job conditions/Environment Temporary Assignment based in Al-Jubail, Saudi Arabia Single Status: Mobilisation Allowance: $500.00 Demobilisation expenses: $500.00 Rotation: 8/2 Inclusive of travel days The least cost unrestricted economy flight will be reimbursed plus actual reasonable costs of ground transportation and other incidental expenses while in transit Additional leave may be taken unpaid by mutual agreement.
