We are looking for Design and Analysis and Senior Design and Analysis Pipeline Engineers to join our team and have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting work scopes. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide specialist skills, integrity and knowledge in key areas of pipeline discipline engineering, including design codes, legislative requirements and current good engineering practice Understand clients' needs; identify and address design parameters and problems; develop and implements solutions Under own or limited supervision, independently evaluate, organise and prioritise work Undertake responsibility for production of deliverables, which may include engineering support to DO, design calculations, specifications, procedures, analyses, progress reports, bid evaluations, study reports and various third party submissions Approve and issues technical documentation, accepting personal responsibility for its adequacy Ensure all relevant safety objectives and legal requirements are observed Train / mentor more junior engineers SPECIALIST SKILLS Rigid pipeline installation analysis by reel-lay and j-lay Pipeline Design Finite Element Analysis PLET Design Deepwater SURF projects Presentation Personal Presentation: Presents self in a professional manner Communication Presentation: Communicates well with clients and colleagues and articulates views in a comprehensive manner Work Presentation: Produces work of presentable q
