Job description:

Responsibilities
•Comments Maintain OFM databases
•Update databases on a monthly schedule using information from Production Accounting and Accumap.
•Run periodic check against Accumap to make sure volumes are staying in line.
•Process production data for ERCB Progress Reports this requires monthly monitoring of production data.
•Maintaining various spreadsheets for engineer, running quarterly and annual reports.
•Timely submittals of all pressure surveys to the ERCB
•Monitor the ERCB’s Initial Deliverability outstanding list on a weekly basis
•Surveys have a timeframe in which they must be submitted to the ERCB. Try to submit all tests within 24 hours of receiving them.
•Maintain a current list of outstanding annual pressure surveys required by the ERCB.
•List is published early in the year. Reservoir Engineers are advised if they have a property on the list Record when tests are submitted to the ERCB
•Update monthly from ERCB website and prompt engineers to ensure surveys are done on time.
•These surveys must be completed by year-end or the company is subject to a fine.
•Review quarterly with Reservoir Managers and Engineers.
•Maintain Regulatory Information binders Done on various properties and contain the current Index to Board Orders, New Pool Orders and new SU and MU orders.
•This is being done to give engineers quick access to current information for completion of applications to the ERCB.
•MRL reporting Done monthly Check the ERCB website to see if there are any changes to company properties on MRLs.
•Reservoir Engineers are to advise if new properties need to be added to the query.
•Well Excellence Support for specific property
•Update and track all well event records (logs, rig work, CTUs, metering) regularly
•Reconcile to Wellview records, investigate discrepancies
•Update various databases with any applicable completed well work
•Drilling Program Support
•Add all new well information into various databases
•Well Review Support
•Locate, retrieve, manipulate, and assemble data as requested (tables, plots, maps, reports)
•Provide general support to Engineers, field, and other staff
•Locate, retrieve, format, assemble, manipulate, and present data as requested
•Upload, download, and transfer data
•Investigate and correct conflicting or incorrect data
•Generate reports, plots, tables, maps, spreadsheets, charts, etc. as requested
•Troubleshoot system/software problems
•Report monthly production targets for specific fields
•Download data from FDM
•Reformat and load into spreadsheet
•Perform some analysis before sending to the Reservoir Engineer Requirements Skills Required

Familiarity with ERCB reporting processes desirable, minimum of 5 years experience as a Reservoir Technician, as well as 5 years of oil and gas experience.
