Description:
 Maintain and update all deterministic and probabilistic decommissioning costs on an annual basis into the Business Planning process and Finance groups.  Maintain and enhance the probabilistic decommissioning model.  Preparation of annual work programmes, budget and schedule for all decommissioning activities.  Technical validation/verification of any new infrastructure eg additional wells/pipelines.  Preparation of decommissioning study scopes and management of 3rd party engineering studies associated with well abandonment, platform, subsea and bundle studies.  Coordination of 3rd Party verification/validation of decommissioning estimates in accordance with the appropriate Decommissioning Security Agreements (DSA), resulting in preparation and submission of Letters of Credit to support Treasury.  Technical review of all decommissioning estimates prepared for Non-Operated sites (as required).  Complete regular benchmarking and analysis of the decommissioning cost data for TLM Operated and Non-Operated sites.  Attend Industry Forums and assess industry data pertaining to decommissioning and new technologies eg Oil & Gas UK WG4  Understanding of current and future amendments to UKCS decommissioning legislation.  Support TLM Norway with technical peer reviews and guidance.  Provide support to the Development Engineering Team Leader.
