Description: Our Client provides premier engineering, design, construction, and maintenance services to government and private-sector clients in a wide array of industries, including the energy, environmental, infrastructure, and emergency response markets. Due to continued growth and expansion in the Worldwide Market, we are looking to recruit an experienced Commissioning Manager for their team based in Vietnam. Role Description Responsible for the following: 1. Review of Contractors Operating Manuals. 2. Co-ordination of pre-commissioning start-up procedures and schedules for all packages. 3. Monitor EPC Contractors pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities. 4. Review the start-up, operation and maintenance procedures. 5. Acceptance of the work performed by Contractors. 6. Review test-run procedures. 7. Attend performance test runs. 8. Review and approve test run reports. 9. Review start-up activities between contractors and licensors technical advisors for the licensed units. 10. Co-ordinate and monitor the pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and performance test of the whole refinery. 11. Provide on the job training for clients operations staff. Requirements You will have considerable experience in a similar role and be the holder of international recognised qualifications. Refinery experience and PMC/Owner experience are also important.
