Description: Due to continued expansion and to assist with the further development of the company our Prestigious Oil & Gas Client have a requirement for a Project and Cost Controller who will initially be based in Columbia before relocating to Uganda. Reporting to Project Manager, their main responsibilities will be to: • Develop project plans and report progress against them. • Develop the cost structure for the project and report expenditure against this structure. • Provide regular estimates of future expenditure. • Identify causes of concern and deviations from expected performance. • Ensure effective communication with client on performance and changes in expected future expenditure.
