Description: Accountabilities and Responsibilities: The job holder is responsible for: Providing a full Cost Engineering, Work Management, Analysis and Cost Control guidance. Developing and maintaining Cost Reporting system using Excel or Access based on the information stored in SAP (The Company's ERP System). Developing and maintaining all Cost Reports. Producing expenditure phasing by each department. Executing Cost Control for both Contract and in-house management costs. Raising trends or PCNs whenever progress appears to depart from the plans, devising contingency / mitigation plans to limit or avoid any impact on project completion Carrying out cost Risk Analysis and management reserve utilisation (contingency). Producing estimates as required and annual budgets. Control of Contractors reimbursable manpower and all related services. Ensuring all contractors invoices are verified before submission for payment and are fully in compliance with administrative contractual requirements. Supporting Project Engineers in developing estimates and contracts cost control. Providing services including assistance during contract preparation, bid evaluation, contract administration and verification of contractual payments. Assistance in Training of Kazakhstan nationals. Experience in dealing with Share & Stakeholders Experience in preparing and executing control procedures for cost control Required Competencies: The job holder must have proven: Knowledge of computer based cost and planning tools, Excel, Access, Microsoft Office, MS Project or equivalent packages. Familiarity with cost probabilistic and associated software such as @Risk, Crystal ball etc. Familiarity with the study requirements during early phase of project development. Ability to work without supervision. Ability to initiate and promote the discipline of cost engineering. Ability to assist in management reviews of existing projects. Description: The Lead Subsea Designer is responsible for the safe and efficient control of the Drawing Office in the absence of the Drawing Office Manager. Required to assist the Drawing Office Manager in the daily tasks of managing the drawing office workload and personnel. 2. RESPONSIBILITIES " Distribution of workload on projects as in accordance with the drawing registers. " Arranging checking of drawings either by self or a senior designer with the appropriate discipline experience.
